POSITION SUMMARY:Provide proactive line capacity analysis to support demand for mass production and new products in terms of equipment, fixtures, and layout. Lead space planning activities to support capacity requirements, expansion projects, and layout optimization activities. Lead standard time validation and generation activities for mass production and new product models.
- Industrial Engineer- Space Planning
Lead Product transfer layout and line setup activities.- Conduct layout assessments and submit proposals in order to cater product transfers.
Collaborate with Facilities, Indirect Purchasing (MRO), EHS, Production, Support teams and other stakeholders in the finalization of product transfer line setup proposals.
- Submit cost requirement summary and request for budget approval to execute space planning activities.
Support the improvement activities on these product transfer areas to attain any needed capacity expansion, safety improvements and productivity improvements.- Support the Standard Time generation and update for transfer products.
- Industrial Engineer- Capacity Planning
Lead capacity and standard time related activities to support capacity expansion, safety improvements.- Provide Standard Time update for existing Cavite PSU products.
Any other objectives that may be assigned due to dynamism if the business
Capacity Analysis
Drawing Applications (AutoCAD, Draftsight) Methods-Time Measurement
Proficiency in English communication (written and verbal)
Graduate of any engineering course like Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering- At least 7 years exposure in Manufacturing industry and knowledgeable on all IE functions
Must have the ability to work in a cross-cultural team, assertive, good leadership, team player and flexible.
