Senior IAM Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and managing IAM solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's digital assets. This position requires a strong understanding of IAM technologies, policies, and best practices.

• Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and administration of IAM solutions, including user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and directory services.

• Develop and enforce IAM policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Manage IAM platforms such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and other SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions.

• Collaborate with IT, security, and business teams to define and maintain role-based access controls and segregation of duties.

Conduct regular IAM audits, identify security risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior IAM team members.

Stay current with emerging IAM trends, technologies, and best practices, and recommend improvements to enhance security posture.

• Respond to and manage IAM-related incidents and service requests.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on enterprise-level solutions.

Strong knowledge of IAM concepts, protocols, and technologies (e.g., SAML, OAuth, LDAP).

• Experience with IAM tools such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, and SailPoint.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or specific IAM certifications) are highly desirable.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
