Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Build strong relationships with stakeholders and HR partners, and guide business directives in compliance with Philippine labor laws.
- Data-Driven Solutions: Use data to identify needs and recommend HR solutions.
- Employee Relations: Manage discipline, exit processes, and retention strategies while ensuring compliance with legal and client policies.
- Client Management: Oversee orientation, onboarding, and address day-to-day HR concerns.
- HR Service & Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR SLAs, conduct performance evaluations, and support employee engagement initiatives.
- Payroll & Timekeeping: Verify attendance, manage payroll adjustments, and handle related issues.
- Special Projects: Take on additional projects as directed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
- 3-5 years in an HR Generalist role with strong Employee Relations and project management experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable about Philippine Labor Law.
- Experience with managing accounts of over 200 FTEs and a customer-oriented environment.
