Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Identify learning and development needs within the organization through Job Analysis
Plan, organize, and facilitate employee development and training programs and objectives
  • Monitor training and development assessment
Create and update policies for Learning and Development, Performance Management, and Employee Engagement
  • Liaise with Department Managers about Process Improvement projects related to Training, Employee Engagement, and HR as a whole
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Communication, or equivalent
At least 5 years of experience relevant to all areas of the Training cycle: needs analysis, design and development, program coordination, facilitation, and evaluation
  • Must be adept in creating impactful presentations and materials
Must have above average communication and presentation skills
  • Based in Mandaluyong Head Office, but must be willing to be assigned at, or travel to, Bulacan Plant, as necessary

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:
  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:


Human resources: 5 years (Preferred)
