Your Day-to-Day at a Glance:
Employment Type: Full-time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Setup: Onsite, Makati

What You'll Own and Drive
  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end HR functions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide first-line advice and support to managers and staff on HR matters.
  • Manage and maintain accuracy of HR data within the HRIS system.
  • Develop, update, and advise on HR policies to support organizational goals.
  • Drive process efficiencies and performance improvements using case management data.
  • Foster a positive employee experience, partnering with leadership and HR Business Partners.
  • Identify key areas for improvement and escalate challenges as needed.
  • Support ongoing manager education on HR policies and practices.

Requirements

What You'll Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management or a related field.
  • CHRP certification with at least 5 years of experience in HR management, including people management, policy development, labor relations, HRIS tools, compensation, rewards, and benefits.
  • Proficiency in process mapping for current and future states, using Visio or Excel, and maintaining updated process maps with stakeholders.
  • Experience setting up a transformational, best-practice HR environment.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead an HR team effectively.
  • Skilled in managing complex HRIS systems, including data management, reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Strong ability to write clear policies, processes, and work instructions for complex issues.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and policy creation, particularly for contractual requirements and experience-based policies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects, developing project plans, utilizing project management methodologies, and conducting root cause analysis.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on providing a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly through various mediums.
  • Highly detail-oriented, adaptable, personable, and team-focused.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills essential for success.
