The
Senior HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping company's human resources strategies and practices. He/she will lead in planning and managing the HR policies, activities and overviews the ongoing operations while ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy.
_Strategic Leadership and Business Partnership_: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives to foster a high-performance culture and drive organizational growth.
- Establish and maintain standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and an employee handbook to guide consistent practices across all Business Units under the company.
Ensure legal compliance and provide decision support through the analysis of HR metrics.- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures: Responsible for auditing, creating, and updating HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Employee Development: Design and implement training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and capabilities, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
- _Performance Management_: Collaborates with the other HR Managers in the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback mechanisms to drive employee engagement and productivity.
_Employee Relations_: Serve as a trusted advisor to management and employees on HR-related matters, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment.- Identifying training needs within the organization and developing and implementing training programs to address those needs.
Managing the compensation and benefits programs, including conducting salary surveys, analyzing market data, and making recommendations for salary adjustments and benefit enhancements.
- Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Promoting employee engagement and creating a positive work environment. This includes organizing employee events, implementing employee recognition programs, and fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.- HR reporting and analytics: Responsible for generating HR reports and analyzing HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.
Can have a strategic plan in Company's Organizational Development
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of HR best practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into actionable HR initiatives- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
