Right now we are looking for a HR Officer to fill the following position:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Senior HR Generalist to join our dynamic human resources team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the HR Manager with various administrative tasks, as well as assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Assist the HR Manager in daily administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, updating databases, and handling documentation.- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Assist in the onboarding and orientation process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and company events.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide basic HR-related information.- Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and engaging work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.
Collaborate with the HR team to manage employee benefits and ensure accurate records are maintained.
- Maintain and update HR-related policies, procedures, and forms as needed.
Participate in ad hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
10+ years of Full Cycle HR experience- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Familiarity with HR practices, policies, and employment laws.
Recruitment experience particularly in the IT field is a strong plus.- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude towards change.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.- Comfortable with a hybrid work setup, with at least one day a week working in the office.
This is a full-time freelance position with a hybrid work setup.- The candidate will be required to work at least two days in a week in the office and have the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining three days.
The role may require occasional flexibility in working hours to accommodate meetings or deadlines.
