SUMMARY:The Senior HR and Admin is responsible for overseeing both human resources and administrative functions within the organization.
Assist in the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and timely.
Maintain employee records in compliance with labor law.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures following local regulations
Processing of monthly payroll, including attendance, and leave balance.- Support performance management activities, including conducting probation assessments and coordinating performance appraisals.
Provide administrative support for the office, including managing correspondence and maintaining office supplies.- Oversee office facilities and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and addressing any maintenance issues promptly.
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Organize company events, meetings, and conferences.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, packages, and deliveries.- Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking for office operations.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in all administrative matters.
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
Good knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee and company information- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Independent, resilient and self-motivated.
- Experience working with a global team is a plus.
Good written and oral communication skills in English.
