Very high quality spoken English is required due to tickets requiring customer telephone support. Support will also be delivered via email / ticketing system.
About the Job Configuring Windows devices from initial setup through to customer deployment.
Setting up / onboarding / offboarding new users in Active Directory, and M365.
Attend to RMM monitoring alert tickets for endpoints, attempt remediation and escalate when needed.
Troubleshoot common internet, WIFI & ethernet network issues affecting desktop users.
Troubleshoot common email issues with Outlook and mail flow.
Diagnose hardware failures
Learn and support common customer business applications
Your Qualification Very high quality verbal & written English (frontline support role).
Extensive desktop support experience.
Experience with a ticketing system, to create tickets, add time entries, communicate with end users.
Basics of networking support eg switch, wifi, modem.
Significant experience with M365
Basic experience with Active Directory on Servers just add/remove users.
Some experience with any RMM or monitoring system.
