Key Responsibilities:- Perform hair cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments according to client preferences and current trends.
Provide consultations to clients to determine their individual hair care needs and recommend appropriate services and products.- Stay updated on the latest hair care techniques, trends, and products.
Mentor and train junior hairstylists, offering guidance and support as needed.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base by delivering excellent customer service and building strong relationships.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation and adhere to all salon policies and procedures.- Ensure all tools and equipment are sanitized and in proper working condition.
