As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll leverage your strong project management skills and mature, responsible attitude to effectively prioritize work and stay organized. - Lead and manage multiple design and execution projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and client expectations are fulfilled.
- Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering clear and professional communication at all levels.
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and the design process, offering valuable input and ideas. Communicate creative direction to the design team and offer constructive critiques to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in design and branding by overseeing projects across various media channels. Collaborate with the design team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions that meet client needs.
- Show a strong desire for growth within the role by quickly taking ownership of projects and campaigns. Embrace opportunities for professional development and continuous learning.
- Utilize proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage project documentation and presentations.
- Apply knowledge of the downstream production process to ensure projects are executed smoothly from concept to completion.
Your Skillset Palette: Master the Art of Project Excellence
- Experience in both project management and graphic design
- Strong project management skills, combined with a mature and responsible attitude, required to handle, prioritize work, and stay organized.
- Interest in design and branding, with ideally some experience managing design and execution projects across various media and channels (e.g., packaging, POS, videos, presentations, websites, and social media in both print and online formats).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the client environment and our business.
- Ability to actively contribute to ideas, brainstorming, and the design process, including communicating creative direction to the design team and critiquing designs.
- Desire to learn and grow within the role, quickly taking the lead in managing your own projects and campaigns.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) is a plus but not essential.
- Strong knowledge of the downstream production process is beneficial.
- Healthcare, medical, or pharmaceutical experience would be advantageous.
