Job Purpose: Graphic DesignerThe purpose of a graphic designer's job is to create visually appealing and effective designs that communicate messages, concepts, or ideas to a target audience. Graphic designers use their creative skills, artistic sensibilities, and technical expertise to produce visual content that meets the needs of clients, and our organization.

Develop creative and appealing ideas and concepts for mobile applications, web platforms and other marketing materials. Use various graphic design tools and software to create unique designs that align with the project objectives and brand identity.
Designing marketing and promotional materials: Contribute to the creation of marketing collateral, including posters, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and other materials to promote products, services, or events.
Creating digital designs: With the increasing digital presence, graphic designers create digital designs for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. They ensure user-friendly interfaces and visually engaging experiences.
Preparing and delivering final design assets: Prepare design assets for print or digital distribution. This involves ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, colour profiles, and other technical specifications for optimal output.
Work closely with UI/UX teams to develop user-centric designs. Incorporate user feedback and data-driven insight into designs to enhance usability.
Develop prototypes and wireframes to guide development teams, using tools like sketch, Figma, or Adobe.
Developing brand identities: Pay a crucial role in crafting brand identities. They create logos, color palettes, typography, and other visual elements that represent a brand's personality and values.
Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, reinforcing a consistent brand image across all platforms.
- 3. Collaboration and Project Management
Collaborating with clients, developers, product manager, designers, and other line of business team members: Work closely with clients, marketing teams, or other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.
Managing multiple projects and deadlines: Work with multiple projects simultaneously, each with its own deadlines. They must possess excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Staying updated with the latest design trends and software: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software tools, actively seeking opportunities to improve skills and knowledge that allows to create contemporary and cutting-edge designs.
Attention to detail and quality control: Pay close attention to details such as color accuracy, typography, layout, and overall visual consistency. They conduct thorough quality checks to ensure the final output meets the desired standards.
