DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Overseeing the day to day tasks of each member.
a. All request jobs must be approved by the management and noted by the Team lead to organize the designer's daily task.
b. To monitor the daily tasks, a tasks tracker will be used like Trello, Asana and other Tasks Monitoring App.
- Train them to be effective and efficient designers.
a. Plan, lead, manage, communicate clearly and monitor assignment of responsibilities.
b. Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline staff as needed in coordination with human resources department.
c. Establish, implement and monitor department's and individual scorecards.
d. Reviews and approves recommended possible promotions of staff
- Monitor the quality, creativity and delivery of the projects.
- Delegate task to its members.
a. Assigns, schedules, and implement deadlines.
- Resolves departmental problems.
- Establish art department standards and procedures.
a. Identifies work process improvements.
b. Ensure team adheres to current processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and proposing and creating processes and tools to support design operations.
- Conducts performance evaluation of immediate subordinates/staff on a regular basis or as per company procedure/schedule.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and participating in professional organizations.
- Social Media Support:
Work hand in hand with social media marketing in design aspects such as building brands, marketing strategies and other advertisement-related tasks.
- QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Bachelor of Arts Design, Visual Arts and other related field.
Work Experience: 2 years of graphic design experience
- Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite in particular Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Experience in Premier or After effects
- Animations, 3D Modeling and video production skills are a strong plus
- Able to cope with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines.

Pay: Php1,500.00 - Php2,000.00 per day
