Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing junior design talent.
