Google Ads Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) campaigns, refining targeting, bids, and ad performance to improve lead quality and achieve key metrics like CPA and ROAS. The person will work closely with the team to write and review ad copy, ensuring compliance, and provide daily performance reports with actionable insights. Additionally, they will analyze campaign data, assess opportunities, and collaborate on refining strategies for continuous improvement in paid search campaigns.

The Schedule
The Role
- Campaign Management & Optimization: Oversee Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) campaigns, refining targeting parameters, adjusting bids, and optimizing performance for Google Ads (Search, PMax, and some Bing ads) with a focus on lead quality, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Iterative Improvement: Review and refine mature campaigns, assess ad performance, and implement adjustments to improve lead quality and maximize revenue from DSA campaigns, including transitioning successful DSA outcomes into manual campaigns for more control.
- Ad Copywriting & Compliance: Collaborate with the team to write and review ad copy, ensuring compliance (with SEC and financial regulations), and implement feedback for ongoing ad launches, following documented guidelines and best practices.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using key metrics (ROAS, CPA, LQI, CPC, CTR), generate daily health-check reports, compile keyword and performance data into Google Sheets, and conduct keyword-level and ad-level performance analysis.
- Proactive Insights & Recommendations: Conduct regular in-platform analysis, assess data for new opportunities, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance, with a focus on refining lead quality and targeting.
- Collaboration & Communication: Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with the manager, presenting performance reports (5-10 slides), discussing results, and driving performance improvements through proactive strategy adjustments.
The Requirements
- Managed larger campaigns and budget ($500K monthly)
- eCommerce and lead gen experience would be comparable.
- Learn based on existing SOPS and process and Google campaigns to develop and expand
- Google Sheets and Excel Pivot
Nice To Have
- Basic experience with Google Analytics, Ignite or similar analytics tool
- Google certified (a BIG plus!)
