This teammate will be creating and optimizing ads, managing budgets, conducting keyword research, and implementing strategies to enhance ad visibility across Google Ads platforms.

The Role
- Campaign Optimization: Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
- Data Analytics: Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Research: Conduct in-depth keyword and audience research to identify opportunities for campaign expansion and targeting.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets across campaigns to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Google Ads in doing paid search and display ads management
- Proficient with G Suite
- Experienced with Google Analytics, Looker or similar analytics tool
- Baseline knowledge of Asana or similar project management tool
- Great written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work EST
