Who we are

What you'll do
Tactical planning, oversight, and execution of the end-to-end search including the sourcing plan, assessment and interview process, selection, and offer.
As you will be responsible for recruitment across the different entities of Coins globally, a very high standard of verbal and written English is essential for this role.
Proactively source to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified inclusive and diverse candidates across a variety of skill sets and both local and global talent pools.
Recruiting for varied talent profiles based on hiring demands and approved requisitions across multiple countries.
Utilize multiple candidate channels including referrals, job boards, advertising, and other sourcing channels.
Understand and take accountability for hiring metrics to track the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and quality of hire.
Collaborate with other recruiters to share ideas, best practices, and support as required.
Assist in the planning of employer branding initiatives.
Perform other tasks as required by the direct manager.

What we expect from you
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
With 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preferably within the Corporate & Targeted Search of crypto or tech companies.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels (job sites, social networks, references etc.).
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems & search tools (ATS, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.)
Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
Able to research the current talent market and talent acquisition trends.
Sourcing experience in end-to-end recruitment for a crypto/technology startup/e-commerce/recruitment agency is a plus.
Has an ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
