Job Title: Senior General Accountant
Hybrid (Mon-Fri, 8:00AM to 5:00PM)
Closing the assigned company's books of account including providing input for established set of Key Performance Indicators.
- Prepare and analyze the company's annual financial statements, monthly management information pack, cash flow and forecasts.
Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of delivery of the company's financial reporting requirements, for both internal and external requirements.- Knowledgeable in Philippine compliance (BIR, SEC, PEZA, BOI, Business Permits).
Provide regular and ad-hoc financial analysis to support the client's management team.
- Experienced in preparing and discussing Internal Reports both Financial and Managerial to C-Level officers.
Performs detailed work which cannot be delegated to other junior staff members.- Handles review and evaluation of tasks performed by assigned direct reports, if any.
Assists in other technical projects as directed.
- Works with client's personnel in providing the services necessary to meet client's needs.
Demonstrate flexibility and resourcefulness in handling client's problems.- Demonstrate potential leadership, sound business judgement and administrative capability.
Participates actively in staff meetings and professional development work.
- What will make you a great fit:
A CPA or Non-CPA; Graduate of any 4-year Business Course
- Has at least five (5) years of work experience.
Has experience of reviewing and evaluating tasks of other team members.- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with strict monthly reporting deadlines.
Is willing to extend beyond the assignment's immediate demands and accept new responsibilities.
