Job description
- Help provide leverage to our clients by understanding and prioritizing their needs while effectively scaling
our CFO services. Some of the strategic support that we provide includes:
Capital calls and distributions Pre/post close services- Quarterly and annual financials
Limited Partner communications
- Bring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help our clients make more accurate decisions by
helping them utilize ourtools and resources such as:
Real-time portfolio data- Provide additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)
Requirements- You have 2+ years of professional accounting experience
You have over a year of closed-end fund accounting experience
- You have an accounting or finance degree
You have experience interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership Agreements- You have strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisions
versus escalate them- You're interested in providing best-in-class-service
You communicate information in a timely, appropriate and effective manner to all relevant stakeholders
and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlines
- You have an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund or Funds, Fund Administration. Have
experience working on Crypto funds will be advantageous.
- You have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experience
You're interested in working on projectsin a fast paced environment with a supportive team and as an
individualYou have experience mentoring/coaching junior accountant

Pay: Php60,- 00 - Php70,000.00 per month
