The Senior Associate will provide key support in the finance planning, reporting and consolidation for Techlog Center Philippines (TCP). This position will be involved primarily in the timely gathering, consolidation and analysis of data necessary in evaluating strategic performance metrics and operating results key to management decision-making. This position will work closely with local & global finance teams, operations and other support units to track and analyze implementation of key Asurion strategies at TCP. The ideal candidate will have adequate finance reporting competence, good business acumen and deep knowledge of financial analysis tools and techniques, strong critical thinking proficiency, and good communication skills. The candidate must be customer centric and be able to adapt easily to new management directions and business priorities.
Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Finance and other units to gather, establish and process data necessary in the in-depth analysis and evaluation of new initiatives & business opportunities and operating results along with developing or improving reporting and forecasting models that fully integrate all key business components.
Handle aspects of financial planning, forecasting and reporting for the TCP business to include weekly rolling forecasts, monthly actual results, and annual operating plans.
Provide meaningful analytical reports and commentary/explanations with a financial perspective.
Participate in consolidating the rolling forecasts and annual operating plan for TCP into Asurion regional results.
Assist in the monthly closing for TCP to ensure proper financial recording within each TCP department and overall financial accuracy and completion within corporate standards.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of TCP internal results/reports to financial and non-financial audiences.
Handle ad hoc jobs.
