Job Description:
The Senior Facilities Manager will oversee the security, maintenance and operational readiness of all Moment Group shops and facilities, including restaurants, offices, central kitchen and warehouse.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and leadership across the facilities team to maximize the efficiency of the day-to-day operations.
- Develops and implements repair and maintenance programs with focus on minimizing operational downtime and extending equipment and assets usable life.
- Provides expertise and best practices regarding security and safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity.
- Develop and manage the facilities department's budget, including Opex & Capex
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize resources without compromising quality and safety.
- Participate in the selection of contractors and service providers, vendor negotiation of service agreements, and monitoring of vendor performance to assure full compliance with the company standards and SLA.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes and safety standards.
- Stakeholder Managment and communication across all levels of the business.
Qualifications:
- PRC registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
- Minimum of 7 years related work experience in Facilities management; preferably in the restaurant industry
- With excellent negotiation, leadership, and verbal & written communication skills
