Senior Expense Analyst (Telecom)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Telecom Expense Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's telecommunications expenses. This role involves analyzing telecom bills, identifying cost-saving opportunities, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring accurate billing. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, excellent attention to detail, and a thorough understanding of telecom expense management (TEM) practices.

• Key Responsibilities:

Expense Analysis: Review and analyze telecom invoices for accuracy and compliance with contracts. Identify discrepancies and work with vendors to resolve billing issues.

• Cost Optimization: Identify and implement cost-saving measures by analyzing usage patterns, negotiating better rates, and eliminating unnecessary services.

Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with telecom vendors. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on telecom expenses, savings achieved, and recommendations for further optimization. Present findings to senior management.Auditing: Conduct regular audits of telecom expenses to ensure ongoing cost control and compliance with internal policies and procedures.

• Process Improvement: Develop and implement processes to streamline telecom expense management, including automation of invoice processing and reporting.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecom expense management or a related role.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in TEM software and Excel.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
