Job Description:

  • Preparation of weekly & fortnightly reports of the outstanding payments.
  • Sharing of prepared report with the clients.
  • Follow up for the payment from the client.
  • Sharing invoices of the ticket issued with the client.
  • Coordination between operations & client in case of any issue in regards to ticket issued, knocking off or any escalations.
  • Reconcili ation of payment received from the client.
