To support the Chairman of the Philippine Red Cross in the delivering effective programs and services nationally with a focus on research, communications, correspondence and office management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Assist with and maintains the schedule of the Chairman including meeting, appointments, travel and conferences
Reviews incoming correspondence, updates, prioritizing urgency, updating the Chairman as required- Drafts correspondence, presentations and communications to support the Chairman
Document notes and instructions on Philippine Red Cross programs and services
- Coordinates and communicates with Philippine Red Cross National Headquarters and chapter staff regarding organizational events and activities
- A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
With at least 1 to 2 yrs work experience as a Technical or Executive Assistant
- Willingness to contribute outside standard office hours
Willing to work on site at Mandaluyong
