Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Primary Function:

Responsible for maintaining and improving the whole process of designing projects. He ensures the quality of the design, meeting the delivery schedule, and profitability of the Company.

Overall Management of MEP engineering operations. Leads the engineers from client coordination, designing on schedule and budget, new technology applications, efficiency enhancement, etc. to supporting each engineer in enhancing their skills, providing appropriate tools, encouraging and supporting them to their full potential, making them comfortable and happy, among other necessary strategies a leader must do to lead a solid team of professional engineers who are dedicated to contribute in making the world a better place to live through responsible designing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer

Experience in handling a team

Knowledgeable in AutoCAD

Preferably Living in Cavite
