Job Description:
The Senior Digital Paid Media Specialist reporting into the Strategic Marketing Group will support the digital media buying activities specific to Paid Search campaigns. He / she will support planning, execution, monitoring and reporting of the paid search strategy to drive qualified leads. He / she has strong interest in exploring and applying modern day media platforms (specifically paid search).This role will have a 360-degree coverage when it comes to strategy contribution, timely executions and insightful paid search reporting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy
- Understand the paid search strategy per market
- Assist in developing the appropriate digital media strategy and buying plan
- Recommend, setup and execute paid search campaigns
- Optimize paid search campaigns adjusting bidding, keywords and other variables to achieve campaign goals and KPIs
- Monitor and perform on-going analysis of campaign metrics
Execution
- Recommend, Set up and execute paid search campaigns
- Keyword research and analysis
- Add C-values + UTM (urchin tracking module) parameters to the Skai platform every time a new campaign will be launched
- Synchronizing automated actions from MCC (Google Ads) to Skai platform
- Mapping out of target locations for specific campaigns per market (narrowing down per city and get all the zip codes and put it on the Google map including traffic volume to forecast potential clicks per specific location that will in turn be a qualified leads)
- Collaborate with Home office digital media team and local market directors on campaign optimization
- Optimize paid search campaigns adjusting bidding, keywords and other variables to achieve campaign goals and KPIs
Reporting
- Monitor and perform on-going analysis of campaign metrics (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Assist in monthly reporting and providing insights for improvement to Home office and in Individual markets
- Perform other marketing duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Google Ads manager, Hootsuite, programmatic media buying platforms such as Indeed, and other social media management tools
- Strong grasp of the Digital Marketing landscape and how paid search plays a pivotal role in the marketing efforts across all channels and platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing, Communication Technology, or equivalent
- 4 6 years of related work experience
