Key Responsibilities:Strategic Marketing Leadership:
- Develop and execute regional sales campaigns to achieve annual sales targets by product, revenue, and region.
- Identify and build new business opportunities, creating a robust sales pipeline to support growth objectives.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with strategic partners and key accounts, fostering significant business development.
Digital Marketing Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain a strong social media presence, leveraging platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and others.
Performance Analysis and Optimization
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing them against key performance indicators (KPIs) and goals.
- Identify trends and insights, optimizing performance based on data-driven insights.
Content Creation and Management:
- Create compelling content, including videos, for various platforms, including social media and email marketing.
- Utilize video editing software and social media management tools to enhance content quality and engagement.
Operations and Process Development:
- Develop and document processes to support business growth and streamline operations.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all digital marketing activities and project management.
Client and Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that align with their goals.
- Serve as an executive assistant to the CEO, providing strategic support and managing key projects.
Continuous Learning and Development:
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, new platforms, and emerging technologies.
- Complete relevant coursework and continuously develop skills to enhance marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in digital marketing.
- Strong skills in content creation and digital media, with proficiency in video editing software.
- Deep understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in developing and documenting operational processes.
- Experience working directly with clients to deliver tailored solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Experience as an executive assistant to a CEO or Founder is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
