Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in development management, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing software development teams, including mentoring and coaching team members
- Deep understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Strong technical knowledge of programming languages, development tools, and frameworks relevant to infrastructure projects
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
- Experience with Agile methodologies is highly desirable
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
