REQUIREMENTS:- Graduate of BS Architecture or Interior Design
3-5 years experience in commercial fit-out and construction- At least 1 year of experience in team management
Licensed professional architect or interior designer
- Must be aware of building codes, fire codes, PEZA, inspection regulations, and other considerations, such as accessibility standards
Strong communication skills- Strong team management skills
Adeptness with leading design software including: Revit Architecture, AutoCAD, Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace Apps, Adobe Light Room, etc.
- Knowledge on industry fit-out standards, suppliers, materials, etc.
Assists the design manager in giving design direction, executing client requirements, quality control, design management, and team management.
- Prepares architectural and/or interior design plans particular to office fit out, from schematic design, renders, up to construction plans/ vetting plans, shop drawings and detailed drawings.
Prepares conceptual design schemes and specifications, including selection of furniture, materials, dcor and finishes while keeping the budget of the client in mind.- Overseeing the design process using technical expertise & tools. - Can sign architectural/ interior design plans.
Prepare and participate in client presentations and prepares design presentation reports.
- Researches design trends and material specifications
Liase with vendors/suppliers with sourcing material specifications, methodologies and budgetary proposals.- Work closely with designers, decorators, architects, and contractors
Adherance to company policy and procedures.
