Job Description- Meets with Operations, Business Development Dept.,IT, Construction, Project Management, and Lessor
Creates schematic drawings, CADD Drawings, perspectives and details
- Conducts site visit during construction
Conducts design audit after construction, before store opening- Designs special projects (detailing specification)
Conducts ocular inspection for existing stores
- Redesigns store perspective aligned to the latest store design standard
Submits perspective to Managing Director for approval- Forwards approved perspective and plan to Construction
Summarizes project monitoring
At least 5 years of working experience in design and construction
- Knowledgeable in CAD, and SketchUp
Has a strong background in project management and estimates Willing to work in Bulac, Sta. Maria, Bulacan
