Job Description:- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
Assess company needs and create comprehensive design proposals.- Develop design concepts that consider client needs, usage, and environmental impact.
Produce detailed blueprints and implement necessary revisions.
- Compile project specifications and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines.
Ensure compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations.- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide status reports.
Collaborate with construction professionals and maintain effective communication.
- Stay updated with architectural trends and advancements.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by Senior Management.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture with PRC license.- Strong portfolio demonstrating artistic skills.
In-depth knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant standards and regulations.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, SketchUp, 3D Studio VIZ, AutoCAD).
Creative thinking and the ability to conceptualize in three dimensions.- Keen visual awareness and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Tools (MS Teams, SharePoint, Office Applications).
Familiarity with Oracle NetSuite ERP software or other ERP requisition software (preferred).
