Job Description:
Reporting directly to the Accounting Team Leader, the Senior Derivatives Accounting Analyst is primarily accountable for preparing complex journal entries, various account reconciliations, and regulatory reports. This role involves the timely and accurate service delivery of all derivatives accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily reconciliation, investigation, and clearing of over-the-counter (OTC), exchange-traded, and cleared Derivatives Suspense Accounts
- Prepare quarterly Summary Suspense Reconciliation with commentaries as part of the SOX requirement
- Reconcile cash collateral accounts for OTC and initial margin requirement accounts for exchange-traded derivatives
- Perform derivative account reconciliations
- Prepare and post daily, monthly, and quarterly complex or specialized adjustments to the General Ledger
- Responsible for preparing complete and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Support the business unit in the completion of the quarterly financial close process
- Assist the business unit in providing information for internal and external audits
- Provide accurate and timely responses to all requests for information from different business units
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all deliverables are submitted before deadlines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Management
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in accounting operations and/or audit
- Hybrid Work Arrangement: Amenability and readiness to work onsite and from home anytime (dependent on business needs and/or the current external environment/situation) and must be willing to work on a day/mid-shift schedule
