Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the construction industry
Proven track record of managing multiple construction projects simultaneously, with a focus on project planning, execution, and completion
- Extensive experience in both office and on-site construction management roles
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP certification is an advantage)- Ability to oversee all stages of project development, from pre-construction to post-construction phases
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Familiarity with architectural and engineering principles, building codes, and safety standards
Proficiency in construction management software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Project)- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and site supervisors
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution, particularly with contractors, vendors, and regulatory bodies
Proactive and results-oriented, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation in construction practicesCurrent projects are based in the National Capital Region (NCR), with future assignments in Calamba or Iloilo after the ghost month period
