The Role
- As an experienced Delphi Developer, you will be developing core business functionality for several applications within a critical actuarial valuation suite utilizing the Delphi desktop frontend coupled to MS SQL at the backend.
- You'll play a SCRUM team member role, assisting in the creation of scalable, maintainable software without over-engineering to quality standards.
- You must have a well proven track record in software delivery and a proactive approach to problem solving with the experience to understand and deal with ambiguity.
