Senior Data Strategy Management (Freelance/Contract)

We are looking for an experienced Data Strategy Consultant in Manila to develop and implement data strategies that support business objectives. You will collaborate with teams to identify data opportunities, design models and dashboards, ensure data quality, and manage analytics projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data to drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop and execute data strategies aligned with business goals.
• Design data models, dashboards, and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with teams to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Oversee data analytics projects and provide training on data tools.
• Liaise with IT for data infrastructure and security.
• Lead discussions with IT & Business stakeholders for data, cloud, governance and security topics

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, strategy, and project management.
• Proficiency in data modeling, visualization, and BI tools.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Proven experience working with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Expertise in data engineering and analytics tools like Snowflake, Databricks, and other cloud-native data services.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
