Job Summary
- Responsible for credit analytics across consumer products applying business knowledge, advanced analytical techniques and tools to derive deeper insights, identify opportunities, assess
- impact, recommend & implement actions for credit underwriting, portfolio actions, risk mitigation and asset quality. This role shall ensure that all credit analytics solutions being implemented, be it
- in the Bank or with its third-party affiliates and/or partners, are aligned with the Bank's vision and strategies.
How will you contribute
- Supports Credit and Risk Analytics initiatives using world-class technology, tools and methodologies. The Division's work scope and capabilities shall cover the following:
- 1. Develop, implement, validate and monitor credit models for acquisitions, behavior, collections and expected credit loss.
- 2. Develop analytic framework for credit initiatives.
- 3. Analyze and recommend underwriting criteria.
- 4. Perform portfolio analysis and recommend actions for better portfolio quality and portfolio growth.
- 5. Develop and implement test programs to help optimize target market, product and offers.
- Build business intelligence tools for self-service analytics.
- Develop and implement tools for automated deployment of credit scores and actions.
- Present and prepare credit analytics presentation
- Continue to learn new tools and acquire advanced analytical skills to improve problem solving methodology.
What will make you successful
- Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field
- Hands on experience in Advanced Analytics.
- Adequate exposure to the various areas of the Banking business with focus on credit products and leveraging data and analytics for problem solving and identifying opportunities.
- Excellent communication, problem solving skills; ability to enable change and with passion for creating solutions; strong interpersonal skills; excellent project management and presentation skills.
- Experience in banking, insurance, machine learning and deep learning algorithm, R, Python, Tensorflow, Keras, Jupyter, visualization and other related tools.
