Senior Data Scientist

• Role Overview:

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data-driven strategies and products in the diverse and rapidly evolving market landscape of Asia. Leveraging your expertise in machine learning, statistical analysis, and domain knowledge, you will lead the development of innovative data solutions to solve complex business challenges and drive growth.

• Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business problems and opportunities for leveraging data-driven solutions.

• Design and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to extract actionable insights and drive predictive analytics.

Conduct exploratory data analysis and develop hypotheses to uncover trends, patterns, and correlations in large-scale datasets.

• Lead the development and deployment of scalable data pipelines and infrastructure to streamline data processing and analysis.

Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and technology trends, and contribute to the advancement of best practices within the organization.

• Qualifications:

Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles, with demonstrable expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data manipulation.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

Experience working in diverse cultural environments and fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
