• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly competent and motivated Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help inform business decisions. This role involves working closely with various departments to identify opportunities for improving processes, products, and services through data insights.

• Key Responsibilities:

-Collect and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
-Develop and maintain databases, data systems, and data analytics tools.
-Perform data cleaning and reprocessing to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
-Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.
-Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide insights.
-Create data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to present findings to stakeholders.
-Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
-Monitor and audit data quality to ensure consistency and accuracy.
-Support the development of data standards and policies within the organization.

• Qualifications:

-_Operation management experience required _
-Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
-Proven 5 years experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
-Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (SQL, Python, R)
-Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
-Knowledge of statistical techniques and concepts (regression, time series analysis, etc) is a plus.
-Experience in specific industry or domain relevant to the company.
