Basic Job Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Actively promote the engineering and design team to deliver high quality Controls and Instrumentation deliverables including control room layouts, cable routing layouts, instrument index/IO lists etc within allocated budget and schedule.
. Check Controls and Instrumentation deliverables to ensure compliance with applicable national and international standards. Implement company's quality requirements and client's engineering specifications.
. Take ownership of controls and instrument equipment package specification, including analyzer package equipment specifications, which may include single online analyzers, analysers located within local enclosure or fully air-conditioned analyser house containing multiple complex analysers with pumped sample systems together with manual sample extraction systems.
. Prepare the analyzer package technical enquiry and purchase requisitions and be the responsible engineer for the analyzer package throughout the life of the purchase order, including, vendor liaison, minutes of meetings, technical vendor documentation review, factory visits / inspections and purchase order close out activities.
. Prepare work-hour estimate, delivery schedule and material take-offs during proposal, FEED (Front End Engineering and Design), EPC (Detailed Engineering) phase of projects.
. Plan and coordinate Controls and Instrumentation requirements with other engineering disciplines and global work-share offices. Actively engage with client, contractors, vendors and engineering management to accomplish project objectives.
. Undertake assignment to construction site or global workshare offices as per project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
. An accredited Bachelor's of Master's degree in associated engineering field of study ideally chartered engineer or working towards chartered status.
. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in process analyzer engineering.
. Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, including spreadsheets and databases
. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage medium size teams.
. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
