Senior Contract Specialist

• Primary Function:

Lease abstraction and data encoding focus on accuracy, consistency and ,completeness. Collect, unitize, and upload supporting documents (leases, addendums, extensions, notices etc.) for the countries or regions assigned. Audit existing data accuracy, check for completeness and consistency.

• Responsibilities:

Take ownership of assigned country portfolio data and documents.

• Develop intimate knowledge of assigned portfolio data and documents.

Evaluates and validates the integrity of content/lease abstraction output, and ensures that these meet the set standards and metrics for quality, quantity, and accuracy of output files

• Develop close working relationship with country stakeholders and points of contact.

Ensure country/ regional compliance for document and data submission as per agreed global processes including format. Escalate for resolution where necessary.

• Suggest improvements and automation to existing processes based on business requirements.

Ensure all processes are accurate and followed.

• Understand, meet, or exceed KPIs.

• Qualifications:

Preferably experienced in Lease Abstraction

• Minimum of 1 year in a senior-level position

Experience in lease administration an advantage

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.

Fluent in both written and verbal English.

• Graduate in Finance, Accounting, Legal, or any equivalent.

Open to adapt changes in a fast-moving environment.

• Willing to work in BGC
