Job Description Summary
The Compensation & Benefits Analyst, Asia Pacific is key role, supporting the Performance & Total Reward Programs (planning and implementation) across the Global Occupier Services, Asia Pacific region, with a strong focus in the
Philippines.
The role is required to advise, develop and deliver relevant, innovative and consistent performance and total rewards programs, processes and solutions to support the attraction, retention and motivation of an engaged workforce. The Compensation & Benefits Analyst will also be responsible in helping to support the business by assisting in planning, designing, implementing and communicating compensation policies and practices aimed at enabling Cushman & Wakefield to bring in the best talent to drive business performance. Leveraging curiosity to analyze data and come up with creative solutions, this role sets the foundation and support our complex growing business.

About the role
Performance & Total Reward Process, Policies, Procedures:
Support the delivery of the Annual Performance and Compensation Reviews including the planning, implementation and administration of the annual processes, assisting in population verification, working with HRBP and managers to ensure pay for performance and analysis of distribution and yearend spend/budgeting;
Able to analyze compensation data and develop competitive pay structures which is aligned to the Global Job Architecture framework
Coach incountry Human Resources with C&B related processes; evaluating issues and providing problem resolution;
Support the daytoday Total Rewards activities for the Asia Pacific business;
Assist in the design and implementation of Performance & Reward strategies, policies, plans, and processes.
Performance & Reward Analytics:
Conduct complex studies and analysis for the APAC Region or assigned countries or service lines, such as HR reporting, preparing and reviewing market survey submissions, job evaluations, benchmarking exercises;
Research emerging market trends and changes in the regulatory environment; conduct external and internal research and summarize results for management review to support compliance work;
Research employee benefits in similar industries and advise on changes/updates to the company's existing benefits or policies
Benchmarking:
Assesses marketrelevant compensation by participating in the planning, pricing, implementation and administration of employee annual and offcycle compensation reviews and increases. Conduct job analysis and review position descriptions for appropriateness.
Performance & Reward Strategy & Programs:
Support the execution of Reward Strategy aligned with Asia Pacific and Global strategic priorities.
Projects:
Support adhoc project work and provide analysis to enhance the effectiveness of the overall HR function and business performance
Stakeholder Management:
Work closely and collaboratively with HRBPs, HR Operations, a variety of managers and other business functions (Finance, Marketing & Research, Legal, TDS) as required.
Budgets:
Support the preparation of C&B proposals and assist country HR teams with data analytics for Annual Operating Planning (AOP) as it relates to people costs.
About You
3 5 years experience as an Analyst (either in a finance field or Compensation & Benefits or HR Consulting);
A Bachelor's degree in a related field (business, finance, or human resources);
Experience in working at a fastpaced, international company;
Handson experience with HR Technology platforms to manage compensation, performance and reward activities including Workday, Advanced proficiency with Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint; PowerBI, etc.
A capable and confident communicator;
Strong data mining, analytical skills, and proficiency in use of spreadsheets required (from advanced data analysis to manipulation)
Datadriven with exceptional qualitative, analytical and statistical skills to solve problems and draw meaningful conclusions;
Ability to work well under pressure, balance multiple priorities and produce results. Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize varied complex projects and adapt to new situations;
Proactive approach. Able to prioritize well with attention to detail and operates well in a changing environment;
Exhibits integrity, professionalism, objectivity and ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information;
Excellent written, verbal and listening capabilities, critical thinking and problemsolving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills
