Job Description

  • Able to organize the assigned work area and efficiently put away orders.
  • Able to prepare food within recommended time frames to meet guest expectation.
  • Able to operate all kitchen equipment
  • Set up and stocking with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service
  • Cook menu items according to the standards.
  • Answer, report and follow Head Cook instructions
  • Always clean up the stations.
  • Stock Inventory appropriately.
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously in high quality and in timely fashion
  • Comply with sanitation regulation and safety standards.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
  • Responsible for the inventory of the assigned station. for daily, weekly, and monthly inventories.

Qualifications

  • With customer service experience
  • Experience with Filipino, French, Italian, Japanese, Mediterranean, Seafood cuisine (preferred)
  • Willing to be Assigned in Quezon City
