Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional client satisfaction by guiding them through the initial onboarding process and managing their campaigns once their website is live.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their expectations are met.
- Expand clients to packages or additional products as business needs dictate, such as Google or Facebook Ads, to maximize their online presence and drive results.
- Retain clients by building strong relationships and providing ongoing support and value.
- Maintain account history and client interactions by updating Salesforce regularly.
- Lead and mentor junior account managers to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in account management or client-facing roles in the digital marketing industry.
- Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO and social media marketing, with Adwords and Analytics certifications.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
