Job Description

Identifying, developing, and implementing key organizational culture, engagement, and change initiatives and strategies drawing on external service providers where necessary in relation to:

  • Talent Management (end-to-end process including but not limited to visa processing)
  • Rewards & Performance (Compensation and Benefits)
  • HRIS/SuccessFactors Systems
  • Data Analytics
  • Payroll/Timekeeping
  • Other P&C function as required

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • To effectively manage, administer, and ensure the accuracy and compliance of compensation and benefits processes within the organization.
  • To effectively manage and ensure compliance with government-mandated benefit programs, such as social security, health insurance, and other statutory employee benefits.
  • To effectively use and manage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for tracking, evaluating, and improving employee performance within an organization.
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis and interpretation. Read dashboard and reports with complex data and act on the data.
  • To Identify, cultivate, and strategically deploy talent and support the organization's staffing needs.
  • To understand and apply legal principles and regulations related to human resources, ensuring compliance with employment laws and minimizing legal risks.
  • Payroll/Timekeeping- Track and report Time off and time sheets.
  • To identify, engage, and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives and to gain advise on reward and performance strategies to influence and get their buy-in for reward and performance initiatives ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed.

Qualifications


Educational Background:

  • 4-year course in any discipline or human resources, training, education-related field

Work Experience and Background:


  • At least 5 years relevant experience in Talent Management, HRIS, Rewards & Performance, Payroll/Timekeeping , Data Literacy and other People & Culture related functions.
  • Preferably with Certification in Human Resources Professional and/or Certification in Reward and Performance or equivalent.
