Knowledge and Skills Requirement
- Must have good sales and marketing skills developed through previous experience in a similar field.
Knowledgeable int the market secorts he is responsible for.- Ability to develop and make professional presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Competency in relationship development and opportunity identification.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree qualification in Business, Commerce, Engineering, Planning, or a related discipline.
Candidates with a background in Engineering or a technical discipline will be well regarded.- At least 10 years of business development/sales experience.
At least 10 years of experience in construction related industries.
- Has at least 3 years technical/ relevant experience related to the job
Experience with DPWH and government projects is desirable, but not required.
