What we expect from youThe Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the set of tasks and techniques used to work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to understand the structure, policies, and operations of an organization, and to recommend solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals.
- You will primarily be responsible for
Utilizing your experience in ERP systems to enhance business processes
- Conducting facilitated workshops for requirements analysis
Creating workflows using formal notation such as the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)- Applying formal requirements gathering methodologies
Developing Business Requirements, including project initiation documents, needed achievements, and quality measures
- Developing Functional Requirements to describe what the system, process, or product/service must do to fulfill the business requirements
Developing User (Stakeholder) Requirements to ensure stakeholder needs are correctly interpreted and reflected in product design, development, and test case formulation- Developing Quality-of-Service (Non-Functional) Requirements to support functionality, such as performance, scalability, quality of service (QoS), security, and usability
Creating Report Specifications to define the purpose, justification, attributes, columns, owners, and runtime parameters of reports
- Developing a Requirements Traceability Matrix to record requirements through each stage of the requirements gathering process
Producing graphic representations of complex business processes- Demonstrating strong organizational and writing skills
- To be successful in this role, you will need to have
4 years of Relevant Experience.- High performer and disciplined working in teams.
Ability to work necessary hours to meet customer requirements (i.e. flexible).
- Requires exceptional analytical and interpersonal skills.
Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner, both written and verbal.- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a small business environment.
Demonstrates a high degree of integrity, credibility, and character; self-motivated working ability with minimal supervision or direction needed.
- Must be detail-oriented and dedicated to accuracy.
Exceptional time management, presentation, listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.- Bachelor's degree in Related Field.
