Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Discuss business requirements with Product Owners (POs).
Draft story tickets based on the gathered business requirements.
Coordination and Collaboration:
Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather necessary information:
Content Writer for content-related details.
Designer for design specifications.
Development Team or Technical Product Owner (TPO) for technical details.
Story Refinement and Approval Process:
Schedule and conduct refinement calls on Tuesdays and Thursdays to explain story tickets to the entire team.
Incorporate feedback and address queries during refinement calls.
Obtain pre-approval of finalized stories from POs and TPOs.
Gather estimates from Development (DEV) and Quality Assurance (QA) teams.
Post-Development Approvals:
Ensure post-development approvals are obtained from Research & Development (RND) and Quality teams.
Task Management:
Create task tickets for the DEV team as required.
Close all Epics related to the release cycle.
Continuous Improvement Suggestions:
Provide suggestions on product improvements that benefit the business objectives.
Tools & Required Knowledge :
JIRA
Figma
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
Experience in Scrum framework (Agile).
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Proficiency in using JIRA and Figma tools.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to draft clear, detailed, and comprehensive story tickets.
Experience in conducting refinement meetings, incorporating feedback, and managing approval processes efficiently.
Experience:
Candidates must possess expert-level knowledge of Jira and Figma, with a minimum of 3+ years of work experience in utilizing these tools.
Work style:
Remote/ Onsite
Must be open to work in night shifts.
This role requires a proactive individual who can seamlessly bridge communication between different departments while ensuring that all project requirements are met accurately within stipulated timelines.
