We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in SharePoint to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SharePoint's capabilities and will drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of SharePoint solutions to meet business needs.
Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, translating them into SharePoint functionalities.
- Solution Design: Develop detailed design documents for SharePoint solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
Project Management:
Lead SharePoint-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.Technical Expertise:
Provide expert advice on SharePoint capabilities, best practices, and emerging technologies.Customization and Configuration: Configure and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, workflows, and web parts.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements and perform optimally.Collaboration:
Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions with other systems. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SharePoint.
Strong understanding of SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server.
- Proficiency in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, and related tools.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Project management experience and certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
