You will have an opportunity to
Work with business partners to collect requirements, implement, and validate competitive responses and other reference table updates.
Review trouble tickets and assist in determining reference table-related root causes if applicable and direct to other suspect applications if not.
Support projects with reference table builds and requirement gathering for test data. Guide solutions to ensure easily maintained reference tables post-project delivery.
Collaborate with business partners to build unique niche solutions to meet business needs.
Minimum Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, etc.). Must be an expert with Microsoft Office.
3+ years of experience with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
3+ years of experience and expertise in multitasking and adapting in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
2+ years of experience in Wireless Telco. NM1 Reference Table/CRM and billing experience is strongly preferred.
Expert communication skills.
