About the Role

As a Business Analyst with a specialization in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), you will be pivotal in bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews and workshops to gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate these into detailed functional and technical specifications for D365 solutions.

Process Analysis: Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement or enhancement through the implementation of D365 functionalities.

Solution Design: Work closely with IT and business units to design and refine business solutions based on D365, ensuring they align with business goals and strategies.

Project Management: Assist in managing D365 projects, including planning, scheduling, and tracking project timelines and deliverables using agile methodologies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and the impact of proposed solutions.

Change Management: Support change management efforts related to D365 implementation, including user training and documentation, to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption.

Essential Skills & Experience

Proven Experience: Solid background as a Business Analyst, with specific experience in implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Technical Proficiency: Understanding of D365 capabilities, configuration, and integration points.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to convert business needs into technical terms and processes.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the skill to present complex ideas clearly and influence others.

Project Management: Experience in agile project management, ideally with certifications such as Scrum Master or PMP.

Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
